Relief begins with a conversation. Our caring audiologists talk to patients like you every day. We answer questions, explain treatment options, help each individual determine next best steps, and respect the lifestyle, clinical, and budgetary needs of each person. We want to know your story so that we can best determine how to help.
Treatment with HaRT™
Habituation Retraining Therapy (HaRT) uses personalised sound therapy as part of a clinician-guided treatment plan. Successful habituation means your tinnitus gradually becomes less frequent and bothersome.
Comprehensive tinnitus care requires more than just a device. Every patient is different – our medical histories, brains, and symptoms are unique. A customised treatment plan is preferred.
Quick, convenient care is accessible even when you are at home or on the road. When an in-person appointment is warranted we will direct you to a nearby office.
Sound therapy involves the use of a sound generating device. It is simple, natural and non-invasive. It is especially effective when combined with appropriate patient education and counselling.
Our staff are tinnitus experts. We are also partnered with thousands of affiliate sites enabling us to serve almost any patient.
How to Stop Tinnitus
Many are told "there is no cure" for ringing ears. However, we believe that tinnitus can almost always be treated.
We understand how tinnitus ("ringing ears") can truly disrupt one's life, and we are dedicated to helping patients find relief.
This is our sole focus.
Our clinical staff has years of experience helping tinnitus patients;
Our Habituation Retraining Therapy (HaRT) treatment program is based on proven evidence-based clinical knowledge and is consistent with (and goes beyond) current industry best practices;
We support every patient before, during, and after treatment;
We treat patients with or without hearing loss;
We offer a full range of both prescription and non-prescription sound therapy devices;
We are the leader in tinnitus care via teleaudiology, and also have the largest affiliated network of on-site care providers for in person visits when necessary;
Our process is to evaluate your tinnitus and potential hearing loss, and then work together with you to find the best solution to meet your needs. Each patient is different, and each tinnitus case is unique.
We love what we do, and we love seeing patients feel better!
What People Have to Say About Our Tinnitus Treatment
After several days of more intense symptoms, I started using the device more regularly (including to help going back to sleep in the middle of the night) and I am very pleased to report that I woke this morning hardly noticing the symptoms at all.
THEY LISTENED TO ME. They all worked together to get me tested, hearing aids and a monthly plan to finance my new ears. The tinnitus treatment is working. I honestly cried the moment Kelly turned my hearing aids on as I didn't realize what I had been missing out on all these years. TTS, thank you from the bottom of my heart!

We strongly encourage you to try the HaRT program, which includes use of a sound therapy device. All prescription devices can be used free for a limited time. Select “Risk-free trial” button on right. (Non-prescription devices are available for immediate purchase.)
We favor a sound therapy based approach in the treatment of tinnitus. Sound therapy is the use of outside sounds to interrupt, interfere with, or mask the annoying tinnitus noise. It can also be used to facilitate relaxation and reduce the stress that often accompanies tinnitus. Sound therapy is natural, and has been proven to be the most effective treatment approach for tinnitus 1, especially when used in combination with appropriate counselling and education. Originally established decades ago, it continues to evolve with the development and periodic introduction of new sounds and tools, and as a better understanding of the mechanism of tinnitus grows. The successful use of sound therapy does require the ability to be able to hear the treatment tones.
Tinnitus Treatment Devices
HaRT provides long-term relief by correcting hypermonitoring, enabling you to not notice your tinnitus—even when not listening to treatment sounds.
Amplification enables you to hear sounds you might otherwise miss. This reduces the stress associated with struggling to hear and allows fuller participation in life’s events.
Masking and Relaxation
Masking and Relaxation provide short-term relief while using sound therapy by masking your tinnitus perception and allowing you to break the cycle of focusing on your tinnitus and find relaxation.
We will guide you through Habituation Retraining Therapy, helping you to understand your condition, how relief occurs, and how to use new skills such as passive listening.
